best options in group ski
vacations.

            Discounts at most ski
resorts are usually available to
groups of 25 or more.  Some
resorts may have a lower
threshold to qualify for a
discount.  There are special
ized ski tour companies that
do all of their business
customizing vacation packages for large groups of skiers.

            The best prices and availability can usually be found in January, pre-Christmas and late season.  Groups should be flexible when booking their travel dates to get the best pricing.  Group airfare rates most often are available if the group flies Monday through Thursday.

            Cancellation penalties are almost always levied if the group does not fill all of the group space that they booked, so be sure that members of your ski group understand that with group discounts come penalties for changing the size of your group.
